Firestone Complete Auto Care

The manager was courteous and upfront about services my car needed. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am and it was done by 4:30 pm. He also found a coupon saving me $100 which was greatly appreciated. Thanks Firestone!

Excellent service from start to finish. Tom and his took care of my oil change quickly, but they also did a thorough courtesy check and actually took the time to explain a few maintenance items to keep an eye on without making me feel pressured. Great customer service, reasonable pricing, and a clean waiting area. Highly recommend!

This location made my horrible situation into such a smooth positive experience. I have had no air for almost a month. I called and thought I made an appointment online turns out I never confirmed it. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. I was educated I could drop off my car and they could look at it as soon as possible. I dropped my car off and Tom explained everything and made me feel like my car was I. The best hands. I drop it off at 3:30ish and get a call about 5:00 saying they fixed the issue and I could come in and pick it up whenever. I came in this morning to pick it up and Tom explained the issues and took the time to make me feel like I mattered. He genuinely cares about his customers. I will always recommend Firestone on Knoxville. Ask for Tom, he is amazing!

I can’t recommend Mike and the team at Firestone enough! From the moment I walked in, Mike was incredibly communicative, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. He even found discounts for me, which I really appreciated. As a military member who served at the local base in town I appreciated how military-friendly and supportive he was throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was that he never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Instead, he took the time to explain everything and worked around my schedule since I was only in town for a short time and had driven over two hours to get there. They replaced my tires, which were in such bad shape they were close to blowing out and installed new shocks. Knowing my vehicle is now safe gives me so much peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for Mike’s honesty, professionalism, and the trustworthy team he has built. It was absolutely worth the drive, and I’ll gladly return for future service.

I had an appointment to get my throttle body injector cleaned. I waited 8 hours. During my wait the manager told me that there was a problem, that they had stripped a bolt. After I got my car back, the next day, I had the same issues. I called them to get the throttle body injector replaced. I made an appointment for this only to find out that they needed to order the part and it would be there in 4 days. I scheduled another appointment, they said the part was out for delivery. Never heard from them for 5 more days. In the meantime, I took my vehicle to another repair shop where they informed me that whoever worked on your car last, made a complete mess. They left the stripped bolt there and completely messed up my wiring. See pics below. Now my car is at the dealer and it is going to cost me a couple of thousand dollars to get it fixed, the right way!!! I paid Firestone $300 to do absolutely no work and to make bigger problems!!!
